Combining to Deliver Excellence in Social Housing

M3 Construction Services works closely with Glazerite to deliver industry-leading fenestration products for the social housing and new build sectors. The latest collaboration between M3 and Glazerite is a project for a social housing refurbishment specialist. Scheduled for completion in March 2026, the project involves the supply and installation of windows and doors for nearly 600 properties on the Isle of Wight.

Product and Performance

We are currently working with Glazerite to deliver 4,000 Deceuninck 2500 windows in white. The 2500 is a robust, high-performance uPVC chamfered system, which can meet the demanding thermal and security requirements of a range of installations, including social housing. Its durability, efficiency, and ease of maintenance make it a trusted choice for largescale refurbishments where long-term value is essential.

Overcoming Island Logistics

With the project taking place on the Isle of Wight, logistics have presented a key challenge. We have been working closely with Glazerite to ensure our scheduled delivery service helps maintain the install’s tight timescales, and that our windows arrive on time. This is helped by our UK-wide presence, extensive delivery network, and service flexibility, all areas we’ve sought to strengthen and continually improve.
