M3 Brand Update

Since our founding in 2018, M3 has evolved from a specialist flood intellectual property holder into a multi-disciplinary partner for the UK’s leading construction firms and housing providers.

Today, we are pleased to share a strategic update to our brand identity that reflects the scale and diversity of the work we now deliver.

The Evolution of M3

2018 | The Foundation
We established M3 Floodtec through the acquisition of industry-leading patents and designs (including UKFB and Flood Angel), setting a new standard for certified flood resilience.

2023 | Specialisation
We introduced a dedicated fenestration arm to provide clear separation between our specialist flood projects and our standard door and window installations.

2025 | The M3 Group
To better reflect our growing project management services for new build developers and social housing refurbishment, M3 Fenestration has been renamed M3 Construction Services.

A Unified Identity
Both M3 Floodtec and M3 Construction Services are now aligned under the overarching M3 Group banner. You will notice a refreshed visual identity across our logos and communications, designed to provide a cohesive experience for our clients across all sectors.

Business as Usual
While our look has changed, the core of our business remains steadfast. This is a visual and structural refresh only:

• Ownership & Leadership: Our management team and ownership remain unchanged.
• Operations: Your points of contact, existing contracts, and accreditations are unaffected.
• Commitment: We remain dedicated to the same high standards of engineering and project delivery that have defined our growth to date.
